When people try to find the first step to lose weight
Initiate is the key success here. Most people will listen to anything that they hear on TV or from their friends and this will often lead to years of hard work with very little to show for it.
This happens because most of the information out there about losing weight has been changed, modified, updated without an actual real practical research that shows it really works or not!
For so many years and it seems like every program that offer weight loss solutions are trying to revolutionize the way our bodies work. The first step to lose weight will not come from any magazine or doctor but it will come from you. And yes, you by yourself is the pioneer of every changes in the world. You have to wake up from dreaming I will do this and that to keep my weight under control and start to realized, the situation while at the same time asking yourself the real goal for yourself.
While doing it for yourself or doing it for something for granted also affects how lifestyle and diets. I very much wanted to share about this because, for you to start with the right mind-set is the very important for setting up goals and accomplishment measurement, once you progress – you know.
On the contrary if you doing it for granted e.g. just to looks good but not actually determining to change your eating habits and how you behave with your daily lifestyle. I'm almost certain that 99% out of a 100% will come back to gaining their weight eventually. I'm sorry to be frank here but it is the truth in which I appreciate and learn from both of the experience already.

But I've changed I actually went out of my way to learn into how to make it the best for me to keep fit and physically, mentally, prepared for my next best day ahead. I truly enjoy my body in the moment and is still proud I overcome the mistakes I've fallen for it for so many times.

This is obviously one of the things that many people try to avoid because they feel like lifting weights will make them big and bulky. This is a complete lie and you will only get bulky if you eat too much food. In order to truly get big bulky, you would have to lift heavy weights for years just to even be close to what your see with bodybuilders. Focus on progression and forget doing the same exercises with the same weights everyday. You will be implementing basic compound lifts like squats, bench press and dead lifts so that you will be able to get stronger after every workout. Eating and resting
These are basically the two most important things when it comes to trying to lose weight. If you are able to cut out all junk food from your life and replace it with only foods that are either grown or hunted, you will be able to see changes dramatically. This is an important step to lose weight because this is where you will see the most results. Eat foods like chicken, fish, eggs, fruits and vegetables and make sure that you drink enough water to stay hydrated. Since you will be working hard about three to four times a week, you will surely need to rest a lot to be able to recover. Sleep at least 8-10 hours a night and try to complement that with 15 naps throughout the day. Your muscles will only grow while you sleep and not when you are in the gym.
Though come people believe that you need cardiovascular exercises to lose weight, it is actually not mandatory. As long as you stay motivated, lift heavy, eat and rest well, you will be able to lose weight and feel better in no time.
